Copyright & Intellectual Property: The Sovereignty of Style

The Sacred Thread of Originality

Babl-On Threads is a brand built on the right to express a unique way of thinking. Our designs are more than just patterns; the "Babble" of our brand is a universal language, but the specific "dialects" of our designs are the unique property of Babl-On Threads that are historical and linguistic symbols woven into wearable art. We craft our narratives with intention, and we protect them with the same passion.

The Weaver’s Rights: All content included on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Babl-On" brand identity—is the property of Babl-On Threads and is protected by international copyright laws.

Your License to Wear: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our site for personal shopping use. You may not download, modify, or use any portion of our designs for commercial purposes without express written consent from the founder.

Protecting Originality: We take the "theft of voice" seriously. Any unauthorized use of our woven narratives will be met with a formal request to cease and, if necessary, legal action to protect the brand’s identity.

Reporting Infringement: We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our community to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our agent with the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material is located on our site.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

We are committed to a community of creators where every voice is heard and every artist is credited.

We treat our garments as the literal strings that bind personal identities. We ask that you respect the threads of our creativity as much as we respect yours.
