At Babl-On Threads, we believe fashion is a universal language. Our goal is for every garment to resonate perfectly with your personal style. We want you to feel empowered and inspired by every piece you wear. However, we understand that sometimes the "translation" isn't quite right. If your purchase doesn't speak to you the way you expected, our return policy is designed to restore harmony.
The Return Process
Because each of our pieces is a Woven Narrative-often crafted specifically for you through our print-on-demand process- we handle returns with the following care:

28-Day Window: You have 28 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Preserving the Narrative: To be eligible for a return, we accept returns on items that are in their original "unspoken" condition-unworn, unwashed, free of any signs of wear, and with all original tags attached.

The "Ancient Gateway" Guarantee: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error in the print, we will fast-track a replacement at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is the foundation of our brand.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we use a Print-on-Demand model through Gelato, each item is personalized and produced only once an order is placed.

Change of Mind: We currently do not support returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. We encourage you to consult our size charts carefully before choosing your piece.

Lost in Transit: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us within 28 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
How to Initiate a Return

Start the Conversation: Email us at bablonthreads.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

Package Your Piece: Once your return is authorized, send the item back to us. As we are currently growing as an independent brand, we are unable to cover return shipping for style preferences, we will cover all costs for defective or incorrect items.

The Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days or process an exchange to ensure your style remains uninterrupted.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our "Woven Narratives" unique and sustainable collections, the following cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

Customized pieces with personal names or unique modifications requested by the wearer.
