By utilizing a global network of local crafting hubs, we ensure your piece is born as close to your home as possible—bridging the gap between ancient inspiration and modern efficiency. 


1. The Genesis of Your Garment

Because we value individual expression over mass production, your order undergoes a dedicated creation process.

  • The Crafting Window (The Loom): It takes 2 to 5 business days to weave your chosen design into reality.

  • A Bespoke Touch: This short wait ensures that your clothing is fresh, unique, and made specifically for you, reducing the waste of overproduction.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, crafting may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every thread is perfect.

2. Moving Through the Gateway|

Once your piece is finished, it begins its transit. Like a running stream, we aim for a smooth and continuous flow to your doorstep.

  • Transit Times: Depending on your "dialect" of the world (your location), shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days after the crafting phase is complete.

  • Local Roots: Because we print locally in dozens of countries, your package often travels a shorter distance, arriving with the freshness of a running stream. You will receive a unique tracking link the moment your package departs the hub, allowing you to watch its progress in real-time.


3. Local Roots, Global Reach

We speak a language of style that transcends borders and we aim to clothe the world in a thousand unique "dialects" of style.

  • Eco-Conscious Travel: By printing locally through our partners, we significantly reduce the distance your package travels. This not only speeds up delivery but also honors the planet we all share.

  • Customs & Cultural Fees: While local printing minimizes many hurdles, some journeys may still require crossing international lines. Any local customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the individual wearer.

  • Shipping Fees: Costs are calculated at the moment of checkout, tailored specifically to your location and the weight of your woven text.


4. Directing the Narrative

To ensure your story reaches the correct destination, precision is key.

  • The Finality of the Gate: Please verify your shipping "coordinates" (address) carefully. Once the printing process begins, the "thread" cannot be pulled back, and we are unable to redirect packages mid-transit.

  • Unclaimed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required to send it back out on its journey.

  • The "Lost" Chapter: If your tracking goes silent for more than 15 days, contact us. We will investigate the logistics and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will initiate a new creation for you at no extra cost.


5. Preserving the Text

If your garment arrives with its "Woven Narrative" damaged or flawed, we are committed to making it right.

  • Quality Assurance: Should you find a manufacturing defect or damage from the journey, email us a clear photograph within 28 days of arrival. We will fast-track a replacement to ensure your outward aesthetic remains unblemished.

In line with our commitment to modern identity and sustainability, your items are shipped in eco-friendly, weather-resistant packaging designed to protect the art within while respecting the world around us.
