1. Bespoke Creation (Print-on- Demand) 

Every garment at Babl-On Threads is a unique "dialect" of style, produced only when you speak it into existence (place an order).
  • Production Partner: We utilize Gelato for our production. Because each item is manufactured specifically for the individual, your order represents a final commitment to that specific design and size.
  • Artistic Nuance: Digital artistry and physical printing are two different media. Minor variations in color vibrance or print alignment are natural characteristics of the process and contribute to the unique identity of each piece.

2. The Language of Ownership

All "texts"—including designs, logos, brand names, and website content-are the intellectual property of Babl-On Threads. 
  • The Right to Wear: Your purchase entitles you to wear and display our art as a form of personal expression.
  • The Limit of Use: Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale of our designs is strictly prohibited without a formal licensing agreement.

3. Transit & Cultural Borders 

We strive to weave the world together through shipping, but please note: 
  • Estimated Arrival: Delivery windows are projections, not guarantees. The journey from the "Gate" to your door involves multiple local carriers and global logistics.
  • Import Duties: International wearers are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their respective countries. 

4. Integrity of Information

When you enter our store, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • Shipping Accuracy: We cannot reroute a "narrative" once it has been printed. Please verify your address at checkout. 
  • Payment Security: We utilize encrypted, industry-standard payment processors to ensure your financial data remains private and secure. 

5. Termination of Access 

We reserve the right to close the "Gateway" (deny service or cancel orders) to anyone who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses our brand to promote messages of hate or exclusion, which contradict our foundational belief in the beauty of cultural diversity. 

6. Modifications to the Agreement 

Just as language evolves over centuries, our terms may be updated to reflect the growth of our brand. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay current with our community standards.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

Babl-On Threads provides these garments "as is" for artistic expression. We are not liable for any damages that arise from the use of our website or the wearing of our products beyond the original purchase price.
